Business Registration Form
We need to ensure that we have the most up-to-date and accurate information for your business in our records. Therefore, all businesses that operate within the district must complete a business registration form. Additionally, any changes or modifications that occur after your original submission must also be promptly reported with our office by filing an updated form to maintain current records.
Special Event Permit
If you are hosting an event with food trucks, tents, bounce houses, generators, heaters, torches, or any open flames, you need to apply for a special event permit. Note that new rules apply for food trucks. Trucks using liquid propane (LP) or compressed natural gas (CNG) cooking systems must meet certain requirements before getting a permit. Review these changes to ensure the permit process goes smoothly.
Fire Watch
If authorized by the Fire Official, a fire watch may be temporarily implemented while a fire detection or protection system is out of service due to necessary repairs or alterations. It is essential that the fire watch log sheet is completed accurately and emailed to fireofficial@station57.org promptly once the systems have been fully restored to ensure compliance and safety
Knox Box
The Knox Box Rapid Entry System serves as a vital resource that can help prevent costly damage and significant delays when gaining entry to your business during emergency situations. It is designed to enhance response time by providing emergency personnel with quick access to your property. We strongly recommend that you carefully review the detailed Knox Box instructions to ensure you correctly order a wall safe tailored specifically for your business. This wall safe will be keyed exclusively for our district, ensuring that only authorized personnel can access it when time is of the essence.
