MONROE TOWNSHIP BOARD OF FIRE COMMISSIONERS

FIRE DISTRICT NO. 2

TOWNSHIP OF MONROE, MIDDLESEX COUNTY, NEW JERSEY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO THE LEGAL VOTERS OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MONROE OF FIRE DISTRICT NO. 2 that a fire district special meeting will be held on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 13, 2024, between the hours of 6:00 P.M. and 9:00 P.M. prevailing time, in Monroe Township, for the purpose of:

To vote on a capital reserve appropriation for the potential future purchase of a replacement tower ladder.
This is to replace a 2011 Pierce tower ladder.

THE POLLING LOCATION for said election will be at the MTFD #2 & EMS BUILDING: 10 HALSEY REED ROAD, MONROE TOWNSHIP, NJ 08831.

The regular meeting previously advertised for WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 13, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. will also occur. Formal action may be taken at the regular meeting.

The Board of Fire Commissioners is the administrative governing body of the fire district. In this section you will find public notices, monthly meeting minutes, adopted resolutions, and financial information. Everyone is invited to attend regularly held meetings located at the firehouse on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 7 pm. (unless otherwise posted)
